Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Polish Review
Barry M nail polishes have always been one of my favourite brands of nail polishes. They are very reasonably priced, come in a wide variety of shades to suit every taste and most importantly, they are good quality. Saying that, I was very excited to try out their new line of products, the 'gelly hi shine' polishes. Barry M promise a 'hi shine gel effect' with an 'extra glossy finish' and they are not wrong.
The gel polishes feel much thicker than regular nail paint and once dried, the nail is left looking vibrant and shiny. I find that with these polishes, I do not always need to use a second coat due to the consistency being so thick. However, one of the only downsides that I find with these products is the drying time. Because of the extra thick consistency, you do have to be quite patient if you don't want any smudges compared to regular nail polishes. Despite that though, these nail polishes are very budget friendly, costing just £3.99 each, which is definitely worth it in my opinion. And they are available to buy in a wide variety of colours, shades and finishes to suit every taste.
My current collection from L-R on the picture contains the shades; Dragon Fruit, Guava, Plum, Pomegranate, Papaya, Prickly Pear and Blueberry.
