Halloween Cupcake Recipe

For halloween this year I was invited to a party and thought I would bake some cupcakes to take with me for everyone to enjoy. I wanted a very autumnal flavour so thought that cinnamon spiced cupcakes would be perfect. I managed to find the perfect recipe on Pinterest which i will link here.

To make the cupcakes you will need:

• 150g Butter
• 150g Soft Brown Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 150g Self-Raising Flour
• 1tsp Ground Ginger
• 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• Pinch Ground Nutmeg
• 1 tbs Milk

To make the cupcake frosting you will need:

• 200g Butter
• 50g Soft Brown Sugar 
• 3 tbs Milk
• 200g Icing Sugar
• Pinch Ground Cinnamon
• Halloween Sprinkles (To Decorate) 

The recipe that I used which you can find here (http://goodfood.uktv.co.uk/recipe/gingerbread-cupcakes/) makes 12 large cupcakes and was very easy to follow.
